Hi there, as the title suggests, I'm migrating my server! This blog will be very short as there isn't much to talk about.
So, why am I migrating my server? And to where? Well, my current server is a Dell Optiplex 3050 with an Intel Core i3-7100 with 8GB of RAM running Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS.
And it really is time for something better, especially since I'll be acting as a host for a Minecraft server.
Where will I migrate to? To a new server I've bought, an HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8 with 2 Intel Xeon E5-2620s and 116GB of RAM, it'll still stay at the same place as my current server, so I'll still
be dealing with terrible internet.
With this reason some services will be impacted, therefore I've created a Status page.
